We Honor Veterans

America’s Veterans served our country; It is our honor to serve them.

Empyrean Hospice proudly participates in the national We Honor Veterans program. We recognize the unique needs of those who served and provide care specifically planned for each Veteran.
  • Our clinical teams are specifically trained for veteran-centric care.
  • We help coordinate care with VA and other healthcare organizations.
  • We provide Veteran-to-Veteran volunteer programs.
  • We provide guidance for enrollment and access to VA benefits.
  • We conduct special recognition ceremonies.
  • We work to help replace lost medals and awards.
  • We honor our Veterans with a Final Salute Ceremony.
